Our Fitness Club
Foreside Fit’s 10,000 sf. fully-equipped fitness club provides you all of the perks with a personal, uncrowded feel. A 60-minute workout that challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls, all using a 5lb. barbell and weight plates.

A 35-minute Spin class followed by abs and stretch. All levels are welcome!
